Items can be collected from Caloundra by arrangement. Collection times are between 8am - 3pm Monday - Friday. Please choose local pickup at checkout. One of our team will get in touch with collection details.

We have a 30 day return policy. Items must be in new condition, in the original packaging with all tags still attached. All returns claims must be emailed to hometeam@thesupportershop.com.au within thirty calendar days of purchase. Return postage for change of mind purchases is at the buyers expense.
